The GBMP Six Sigma Green Belt Course is an 8-day program designed to provide both instruction and hands-on training on the Six Sigma "road map" steps: Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (MAIC).
Understand Six Sigma variation reduction methodology
Begin to apply the MAIC "road map" and spread the methodology to everyday work problems
Assist Black Belts in Six Sigma teams and team projects
Successfully complete "in the trenches" variation reduction projects of your own
Become a mentor to others in applying statistical analysis to continuous improvement programs
Read a few cases studies to learn how much your company can save with a few green belt projects!
Who should take the step?
The program is appropriate for all levels and disciplines within an organization and is especially relevant for technical employees in manufacturing, transactional and service capacities (material control, IT, finance, etc.)
Are you already a Green Belt, looking to get your Black Belt? Please note: we can accept a few Green Belts to work side-by-side with the instructor to earn their Black Belt during the course of this program by mentoring the students and working on an independent project; please register below and then follow up with us that this is what you plan to do.
Time Commitment: 64 hours for the course (that's 8 days - meeting once every other week - from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm)
