The Lean Consortium is thrilled to announce, after the overwhelming success of its maiden presentation in Manchester NH, its second event in Providence RI, and its third in Rochester NY, that we're bringing it our audience in Maryland and southeastern PA. We hope to see old friends and make lots of new ones.

Pat Wardwell, COO of GBMP, Shingo Prize Recipient and Lean Gold Certified, presents the topics in a concise and motivational way. Attendees will leave the event excited to begin or accelerate their efforts. Attendees can expect to learn how stability and visual standardization is achieved using 5S Workplace Organization, the 5S Approach to transform, support and sustain your Lean program and goals, and how to implement and utilize Visual Control Systems for at-a-glance workflow monitoring and management. As an additional bonus, the event will include lunch and networking plus a one hour discussion of the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence. What is it? Who should challenge? Why?
