Bruce McGill

Bruce McGill is a Continuous Improvement Manager at GBMP.

He is Lean Bronze certified, Lean Silver knowledge certified and a Shingo Prize recipient. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing. Prior to joining GBMP, he spent 11 years at the executive level implementing lean manufacturing at 3 different companies, each of which saw significant improvements in service levels, inventory turns and profitability. Since joining GMBP, Bruce has helped deploy lean in over 100 companies in manufacturing, healthcare, financial, service and construction.
