Where is the 2026 event taking place?
At the MassMutual Center in Springfield, MA. Springfield is located in Massachusetts' beautiful Pioneer Valley, 90 miles west of Boston's Logan Airport and just 20 miles north of Hartford's Bradley International Airport. Are there any hotels nearby?
We have coordinated a special room rate at The Sheraton Springfield Monarch Hotel for our event attendees. You can reserve your room here to get the preferred rate (before September 1, 2026). Within walking distance of the conference center, you will also find The MGM, a Marriott and a Holiday Inn Express.
How do I register for the Northeast Lean Conference?

What is the cost to attend?
The cost is $1,895 per person and includes breakfast, lunch and all-day coffee and snacks. GBMP members get $400 off every ticket, only $1,495 per person. You can register here. Groups of 5+ save an additional 10% with coupon code GROUP2026
How do I sign up for membership to get the GBMP Member discount on registration?
You can purchase your membership when you register for the conference here. If you cannot pay by credit card and need an invoice for membership, please email us to request one.
How do I register for breakout sessions?
You do not need to let us know in advance which breakout sessions you would like to attend.
I can no longer attend. How do I cancel?
Credit Card refunds will only be given when cancellations are received 30 days before the start of the event. Cancellations received 15-30 days before the event will receive GBMP store or event credit. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Are your presenters paid?
No. All Northeast Lean Conference presenters are invited to speak. Presenters give their time and talent to support our Lean community.
Will conference materials be available on this website?
No. Presentation slide decks are made available to conference attendees via the official conference mobile app. Speakers are not required to provide their presentation PDFs to attendees, but most do. Also, most of the presentations are recorded and available for registrants to view on Leanflix, GBMP's on-demand Lean video training streaming service, for one year.
I do not work in manufacturing or healthcare. Can I attend?
Yes! Any person or organization interested in beginning a Lean implementation or building upon an existing transformation program from any industry is welcome and will derive value by attending.

Can I receive CEU's or CPE's for attending?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide continuing education credits for the event at this time. A Certificate of Attendance is available by request.
