Karen is GBMP's Business Development Specialist.

Karen has had a long career in organizational and workforce development. Previously, she was the Workforce Development Manager for the Cambridge Health Alliance and the Director of Training at the Mass Office of Dispute Resolution. She is a creative, energetic program manager with a track record of successful grant writing, program creation and administration. Karen has extensive experience in training needs assessment, instructional design and adult learning strategies. Karen holds a B.A. in Literature from Bennington College and an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from UMass,
